Last year on Twitter, I started to randomly tweet little puzzles for my followers to play along with, which they did receive a good reception. The main one I used to play was #SWYS ("Say What You See"), where I'd post a picture that has various items on it and you have to guess what the word is. (For example: I'll post a picture of a muscle man, next to an image of a bow and arrow ... and the answer would be? Yes, the cider drink, Strongbow). Besides the Say What You See games, I also did try a... [read more]
Just been on Twitter and one of the trends were #SchoolMemories and it jogged my memory back to when I was in Wood End Primary School (for year 4, 5 and 6) and during assembly the year 6 teacher, Mr Browning (who I helped learn how to play Tomb Raider I - also remember telling him those purple diamonds aren't to be shot at, they're saving points) used to play the piano and whoever the lucky so-and-so was that was nominated as the overhead projector person (very highly sought after job that was) had the delight of putting up the... Yesterday I spent about an hour and a half trying to write up the lyrics to Tim Minchin's excellent song that he wrote and performed on Friday Night with Jonathon Ross.

Right... Sound Upload is being slowly transferred as I still (luckily!) have access to the files and to the database. I've transferred over the database to the dalehay.me server however I do have a 100GB monthly bandwidth limit on it - which Sound Upload used to go through 50-60GB a day! So I will be needing to find a decent host (which will probably end up being a dedicated one - costing well over a hundred quid a month!!)
The lyrics section, shop and UK Charts sections are the only main places that are accessible at the moment.

I've brought it... yes... I've actually brought a CD that I think the money goes to charity or something, not 100% sure on that though. I did look on Play.com and... [read more]
