Well I finally got around to learning how to make applications for Android phones after downloading a million and one different programs and development kits from here, there and everywhere and spending countless hours reading tutorials and shouting at my screen when things weren't working correctly. Definitely not something I'd recommend to do if you suffer from high blood pressure.

Well it's been about a week or so now since everywhere - except the top of the mountains - in Britain got fully released on Google StreetView ... about time too! I was only waiting because I wanted to find myself on there, well I did ... he he ... here's a picture of me.

Well after having a browse around I found these two plugins for Google Earth that seem to work really good and offer information from NWS (National Weather Service) and NOAA (National Oceanic and Atomospheric Administration).
