Good morning everyone. I was bored the other day and got an idea when watching Sky TV at stupid-o'clock in the morning to film myself introducing adverts - I think the program's called Commercial Breakdown. Simple idea and not really much is needed. However A) I can't present to save shit and B) My camera is a cheap 640*480 VGA thing, so the quality of me is awful. I was due to get a decent camcorder before Xmas but it seems Argos doesn't seem to stock it in any of it's local stores within a 10-15 mile range... so I... [read more]
During these economically shite times we're going through more and more people are finding it hard to get a job... that's not just the "lower educated" folk of the United Kingdom, but also the people that have experience. Finding work these days is a long, hard and grueling process... most people get work through "knowing people", so you'll find if a random "outcast" tries applying for a job who no one knows, then they'll more than likely not get accepted and their CV will be "filed" (shredded).

Having caught up with a fair load of programmes on TV that I've missed, I have clocked up a various amount of hours worth of commercial viewing too and one advert that sticks in my head at the moment is the Samsung Galaxy S3 advert... not because of it being a new mobile phone, but because of the beautiful piece of music playing in the background. Balls!! It's not done outside the classroom... I remember it being "look at the textbook, page 24, read it and right up notes about it". I think the only practical lesson I did was using a bunsen burner and putting something on it. Oh and something we all went outside for was when the teacher put, I think, Potassium in a tub of water and it explodes in... [read more]
So you want to make a website but you don't know what to make it on? Lost for ideas or your idea already taken? Then hopefully my little piece here will help you. Thoughout this piece I will be reffering a lot towards Sound Upload (My most successful venture yet!)
Now, firstly you will need to brainstorm before you get anywhere else. So do your research online and find out what people like and don't like. With Sound Upload I found that people loved YouTube (because they could upload their own videos) and also Lyric websites were a big thing too... [read more]

There is a major bug in this. It simply stalls and won't let me move to the 'select where to save them' part after discovering all the images. 1/10 of accounts I enter in work, rather randomly ...
